From a UK heritage strongly based in the London 90's rave scene, we plan our European & UK events from our new base in South West France, hence our French name, which roughly translated (with a bit of poetic licence) means "Your Reason For Being". This phrase was coined in 2001 at a UK Dance Music Festival when chilling with mates back at our tent ;)
Maison D'être Malta
We are totally seperate from Anjunadeep but we also love a party with an up for it crowd on the main island of Malta!! These are our own beach party starts, to Anjunadeep Malta 2026.
We are regulars on the island, returning yearly for over 5 years now, serving up delicious beats outside the main festival vibes of Defected Records and Anjunadeep.
So what is this all about? Well, its a number of FREE Parties from Wednesday 7th October to a festival after party on Monday 12th October at Nine Lives Beach Bar & Restaurant, near Buggiba in the area of St Paul's Bay, Malta. You come and go as you please.
We have 6 events, all starting at 3pm to 11pm outside, continuing to 1am inside so you come and go as you please surrounding other venue events for Anjunadeep. Register for each day as tickets are not transferable.
The music will be flowing on our outdoor terrace from 3pm and beach loungers are right off the music area too. Stay here all afternoon if you wish, or drop in after an Anjunadeep boat party, and pop down to Nine Lives before you carry on to Uno for example... Join us sipping margarita’s, nibbling on canapé’s and dipping into the sea, or arrive a bit later after freshening up after your sun lounging day before the main Anjunadeep party.
